Their mastery is key to the development of intelligent production systems, as well as smart end products, since it is precisely intelligent sensor technologies that enable the production of complex products with new functions and capacities. The development of new materials plays an important role in improving the quality of life. In Slovenia, modern inorganic materials (magnetic and oxide materials) have an important place at the research level. The development extends from the field of electronics, energy to engineering materials.
